The New Normal
To our guests:
We greatly appreciate your support and well wishes during this uniquely difficult period. We hope that you have been healthy and safe. We have prepared our staff and the restaurant itself to adapt to the challenges of our new, shared reality. Our mission is to make your visit to the Sardina as safe as possible without compromising the experience you have been accustomed to. We would like to familiarize you with our safety plan, these are strange times to be sure, so we ask for your patience and understanding. We will ask our patrons to please stay home if any of the members of your party show any symptoms of: COUGH, SHORTNESS OF BREATH, and FEVER. Guests and visitors are asked to use hand sanitizer, and to bring and wear a face covering when not eating or drinking.
SCREENING: Our staff will be trained and regularly screened for COVID-19 symptoms.
Staff will have their temperatures taken upon arrival to work. We will encourage testing for COVID-19 as needed.
INDIVIDUAL SAFETY EQUIPMENT: Our staff will wear face-coverings and gloves. We ask that our guests wear masks on arrival and through the process of being seated, on visits to the restrooms, and upon exiting the restaurant.
SANITIZING: Our staff is trained in proper sanitary practices and we will disinfect common area surfaces including tables and chairs after every use. Dispensers with hand sanitizer will be located at the entry and around the restaurant.
SOCIAL DISTANCING: We have reconfigured our dining room to provide the recommended 6 ft. distance between tables.
MENUS: Single-use paper menus will be utilized.
We understand and sympathize with your possible discomfort over some of these changes and policies. We feel that this is the best way to keep you and our staff safe and healthy while in our venue. In the case you object to any of these policies, our full menu will be available for TAKE-OUT and Delivery. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We are looking forward to serving you.
